This campaign is about being inspired by  youth and their ability to be leaders of the mental health movement.

The students at St. Matthew Elementary show us how being  Vulnerable Is Beautiful. That embracing the perfection in the imperfection is part of discovering our invisible barriers and uniqueness. We are not alone in how we feel.  We wanted to showcase that the discussion around mental health can be done in both inspiring and positive ways.

Get Involved

In an effort to raise awareness and combat the stigma of mental health barriers, we want to celebrate vulnerability. In support of the Canadian Mental Health Association Mental Health Week, beginning May 5th to June 6th, we ask that you show your support in the following ways:

1. Be bold. Tweet a personal message of vulnerability to your followers using #VulnerableU.
2. Be courageous.  Share a personal message of vulnerability on Facebook using #VulnerableU.
3. Be open. Use instagram to post a photo to your followers and caption it with a personal message of vulnerability using #VulnerableU and tagging @theunderstandus.
4. Be vulnerable. Click here to email your friends and family a message of personal vulnerability and a link to this campaign.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
